The room is part of a large mansion situated in Antwerp-centre in a safe and residential area with water view. . +. 2) Common parts in the large mansion: you can use 200m2 common areas: the large equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and sink, a large dining and a large seating area, a terrace, bicycle shed inside the house, common room with table tennis and babyfoot,..... +. 3) This is homestay living. In other words, you live with the landlady and with the other householders (3 students). The landlady is experienced in welcoming international students and can help you with practicalities such as bycicle rent, public transport card, showing you the neighborhoud. Next, you get instantly a social network by living together with the other students in the house. We regularly cook and have dinner together and we expect you to participate. Household chores are shared. We look for a social person willing to co-live with us and the cat.. Close to Antwerp Maritime Academy, Karel de Grote, Artesis Plantijn, Royal Academy of Fine Arts, University of Antwerp, Antwerp Management School. All these insitutions are at walking distance.. Close to restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. The house is situated in the city-center of Antwerp: you can walk, bike or take public transport to the trainstation or to the cathedral. . This is ideally for students who are friendly, companionable, convivial in the sense of enjoying or seeking the company of others and engaging in social interactions. . The athmosphere in the house is calm, serene, open-minded and multi-lingual. . No smoking. . No domicile meaning that you cannot have your official address at this place: for students from outside of Europe, needing an official address in Belgium for the visum, this may be an issue. .
